One-on-one personalized training is available with PHOENIX trainers and fighters.

Personal Training Reservations

Online reservations are only available for those who have an e-mail address.
Those who use Hotmail should be sure to check their spam folder if they do not receive our emails in their inbox.

Also, please be sure to check whether or not the reply email from PHOENIX has been rejected for security reasons, and that there is no mistake in the e-mail address when filling out the online reservation.

If you do not hear from trainers within two days, please contact us as it may be due to an error with your email address.

Cancellation Fees

When canceling your personal training reservation, you may be charged with a cancellation fee or receive a refund based on the following cancellation policy.

*Please note that cancellation outside of business hours is invalid. Please contact us during business hours (03-6277-5881).

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to personal training session: refundable deposit with handling charge deducted.

Cancellation from 13–7 days prior: 50% refund with handling fee deducted.

Cancellation from 6 days to the day of the session (including cancellation without notice): non-refundable

Personal Training Session Examples

Personal training session flow can be made according to the customer’s needs.

Basic 60-minute Session

  • Shadow boxing, 2 rounds, 3 mins each
  • Correct form practice, 10 mins
  • Kicking mitt practice, 2 rounds, 3 mins each
  • Punching mitt practice, 2 rounds, 3 mins each
  • Defense practice, 10 mins
  • Mass sparring, 3 rounds, 3 mins each
  • Bodyweight strength training, 5 mins

Example: Basic Kickboxing (60 mins)

  • Warm up, 5 mins
  • Punching / kicking basics explanation in front of the mirror, 20 mins
  • Form check basics with mitts, 20 mins
  • Combined punching mitt practice, 3 rounds, 2 mins each
  • Physical training for kickboxing movements, 5 mins

Example: Amateur Match with Interpersonal Practice (90 mins)

  • Face-to-face shadow boxing with trainer, 3 rounds, 3 mins each
  • Correct form practice, 10 mins
  • Kicking mitt practice, 5 rounds, 3 mins each
  • Punching mitt practice, 3 round, 3 mins each
  • Defense practice, 10 mins
  • Mass sparring, 5 rounds, 3 mins each
  • Correcting mass sparring problems, 10 mins

Example: Stronger Punch Training (60 mins)

  • Explanation of the basic punching technique, 5 mins
  • Form advice for improving punch strength, 10 mins
  • Shadow boxing, 2 rounds, 3 mins each
  • Form check with heavy bag or mitts, 10 mins
  • Punching mitt practice, 3 round, 3 mins each
  • Physical training for improving punch strength, 10 mins
