PHOENIX has two gyms. PHOENIX Stadium, close to Kanda Station on the JR Chuo Line, Yamanote Line, and Keihin Tohoku Line; and PHOENIX Studio near Akihabara Station on the JR Yamanote Line, Sobu Line, and Keihin Tohoku Line.
Both gyms are accessible from the station on foot, so you can easily reach the gym according to your schedule.
PHOENIX Stadium
PHOENIX Stadium opened on April 23, 2006. The gym size is about 182 square meters, making it the largest gym in Tokyo and giving it its name the “Stadium.” The closest station is Iwamotocho Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line.

PHOENIX Stadium: Facilities
- Building Exterior

- You can see a big sign on the window with a design that is the same as PHOENIX Stadium’s wall. PHOENIX uses this bright color to act as a landmark.
- Stairs and Entrance

- As soon as you go down the outside stairs, you will find the PHOENIX Stadium entrance. Outside is a smoking area with tables and chairs.
- Front Desk

- Please take off your shoes at the entry mat before you come to the front desk.
- Observation Area

- There are chairs for those who want to observe. Please feel free to contact us if you’re interested in doing so. We also show kickboxing games on televisions in this area during business hours.
- Changing Rooms (with lockers)

- The changing rooms are separated by gender. Bathrooms and shower rooms are provided inside the changing rooms. Hangers and stools, a body fat analyzer, and large mirrors in the women’s changing room are also provided. Baskets are provided both on top of the lockers and next to shower booths.
- Changing Rooms: Shower (free)

- Two shower rooms are installed in each changing room.
- Gloves / Mitts, etc.

- All equipment (excluding kickboxing gloves) is available for free use. We do sell kickboxing gloves, so please don’t worry if you don’t have your own. There are also two movable mirrors by the equipment rack as well as in the studio, so please use them for shadow boxing and checking your form. Gloves used for free trial lessons are available. Vending machines are provided, but you are also free to bring your own drinks.
- Ring

- The back wall has an illustration by the artist Ryoono. The height of the ropes follows the official measurement for kickboxing rings. You can practice corner work, rope work, and of course practice for matches.
- Exercise Space & Heavy Bags

- The exercise space here is larger than our space in PHOENIX Studio and can accommodate a large number of people.
Eight long heavy bags and 1 short heavy bag are available to practice with. You can check your form in the provided mirrors while practicing with the bags. Suspension bars are also provided in this space, so please feel free to use them for training as well.

PHOENIX Studio: Facilities
- Building Exterior

- PHOENIX Studio is on the 2nd floor of the building next to the JR Chuo Line tracks. There is a “Kickboxing Gym PHOENIX” sign in the window. When Yasukuni Street is behind you, go down the road on your right and you will find the entrance. Please use the left elevator to get to the 2nd floor.
- Entrance to the Elevator Hall

- Please follow the sign to find the elevator.
- Left Elevator

- PHOENIX is on the 2nd floor. You can only use the left elevator to reach the entrance.
- Entrance

- You can see the entrance after you get off the elevator. Please take off your shoes at the entry mat before going to the front desk.
- Changing Rooms (with lockers)

- Please show your membership card at reception and receive your locker key. We have 36 lockers, and hangers for suits are available. As they are on a higher shelf, please use the stools provided to reach them.
- Observation Area

- We have an observation area next to the front desk.

- We have five long heavy bags in this area as well as a pull-up bar, which can also be used for physical training. We recommended practicing with the heavy bags here because of the large windows, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight while you train.
- Training Area

- The gym interior has a total area of 132 square meters. The training space is also wide enough to fit 20 people training at the same time.
- Changing Rooms: Showers (free)
- We have two changing rooms and shower rooms, which are separated by gender. Shampoo with conditioner, body soap, and hair dryers are available, so please feel free to use them. There is also a body fat analyzer provided in each changing room.
- Bathroom
- The toilet/bathroom is stone-covered with hotel-level specifications, making it a very clean facility.
